A/C was out, had no idea why. It was expected to be near 97 degrees the next day and I didn't care to pay for evening call so I requested a call in the morning. I was anticipating a full A/C replacement. Absolutely wonderful! I called the night before requesting a call first thing in the morning. Someone called at about 8:30am. They asked for an afternoon appointment to which I responded I had hoped I could get someone soon. The person said he would have someone on the way ASAP. Spender was the service person and arrived quickly and had my problem analyzed first thing. Only a computer board was out. I was so pleased. After a couple hours he had me up and running. I made sure to save their number as I have found a responsible company I can trust to handle issues in the future. Thanks to Kemco for outstanding service!!!!!!
